1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the CheaterFinder service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service. Continued use of the service after any modification of the terms constitutes your acceptance of these modifications.

2. Service description

CheaterFinder is a search and AI-based similarity analysis service that generates results based on publicly accessible data on dating platforms. Results do not confirm the existence or activity of any person on dating platforms. Our service allows users to:

• Run similarity searches using photos and basic information

By using our service, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not use the service for illegal or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to harass, threaten or harm any person based on the results provided
• Respect the privacy of all individuals
• Not resell or redistribute search results

4. Responsible use

Our service provides results for informational purposes only. Results do not constitute evidence or confirmation of any person's presence or activity on dating platforms. The service should never be used for harassment, malicious spying or any other illegal activity. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided through our service.

5. Pricing and payments

Access to full search results requires a subscription. Our plans are as follows:

• Starter plan: By subscribing, you commit to an immediate payment of $1.99 for 1 scan. You then benefit from 24 free hours for the Starter subscription. After these 24 hours, your Starter subscription automatically begins at $19.99/month (1 scan per month, 1 alert), renewed each month until cancellation.
• Pro plan: By subscribing, you commit to an immediate payment of $19.99 for 5 scans. You then benefit from 24 free hours for the Pro subscription. After these 24 hours, your Pro subscription automatically begins at $29.99/month (5 scans per month, 5 alerts), renewed each month until cancellation.
• Additional scan: $9.99 per unit (one-time purchase, no subscription)

Payments are processed securely. All prices include VAT. Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month. You can cancel at any time from your account. Any cancellation request must be made at least 36 hours before the next renewal date to take effect. Since the first 24 hours are free and cancellation requires 36 hours' notice before the next renewal, cancelling during the first 24 hours will not prevent the first subscription charge. The cancellation will take effect for the following month.

6. Refund policy and non-refundable scans

Due to the immediate nature of our service and the costs associated with each search, no scan performed may be refunded, regardless of the results obtained. Consumed scans (whether included in a subscription or purchased individually) are definitively non-refundable once the search has been launched. Given that the service is fully executed as soon as the search is launched, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal upon placing the order and the commencement of the service, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The user accepts that the results provided depend on the data accessible at the time of the search and that the absence of results, partial results or results not matching their expectations do not constitute grounds for a refund under any circumstances. However, if you encounter a verified technical problem preventing the search from being executed (server error, scan not launched), please contact us within 48 hours to request a scan credit.

7. No guarantee of results

CheaterFinder is an AI-based search tool that generates results based on publicly accessible data on dating platforms. Results do not confirm the existence or activity of any person on dating platforms. The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

• CheaterFinder does not guarantee any specific results from a scan
• Results are based on similarity analysis, not factual confirmations
• Results depend on the availability and accessibility of data on third-party platforms, over which CheaterFinder has no control
• The absence of a detected match does not mean that the person searched for is not registered on a dating app
• Results obtained may not match the user's expectations, without this constituting a defect in the service
• CheaterFinder cannot be held responsible for any interpretation or action taken by the user based on the results provided

By using the service, the user accepts these limitations inherent to the nature of the service and acknowledges that purchasing a scan or subscription does not constitute a guarantee of obtaining specific or factual results. All outputs are for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability and exclusion of financial responsibility

CheaterFinder provides its service "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Results must not be treated as factual, verified, or evidence-based information. In particular, CheaterFinder cannot under any circumstances be held financially responsible if:

• Results do not match the user's expectations
• No potential match is detected during a scan
• The information provided proves to be incomplete or inaccurate
• Service availability is temporarily interrupted
• Third-party dating platforms change their access conditions

In no event shall CheaterFinder, its officers, employees or partners be liable for any damages whatsoever (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive) resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or any other financial loss. CheaterFinder's total liability, from all causes combined, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and graphics on the CheaterFinder website are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Non-affiliation

CheaterFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Match Group, or any other dating platform. All product names and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.

11. Data access limitations

Our service cannot access private, encrypted, or protected data including but not limited to private messages, hidden profiles, phone numbers, or any data not publicly accessible. CheaterFinder only processes publicly available information for its similarity analysis.

12. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

13. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or used the service in an abusive or illegal manner.

14. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
